I was just trying to grab a simple screen recorder to make quick how-tos and record Zooms for work, and I hesitated because the "lifetime" price seemed too good to be true. I went ahead anyway. Fifteen minutes later my card showed a 2,400,000 KRW charge — about $1,700. Panic. I froze, then blocked the card, messaged their chat, emailed, and filed a claim with Google Pay. The app itself did what I needed, recording fine for basic clips, but I'm not happy. I’m waiting on the bank reply and a refund, and hopeful.
