I stood in my bathroom staring at an empty razor pack, thinking "do I really want another subscription?" I almost didn't order because subscriptions scare me — extra charges, lost parcels. Still, I took the plunge. First shipment was late (three weeks), no tracking at first, which stressed me. I messaged support and after a bit of back-and-forth they sent a replacement and even a free trial blade. The razors themselves are great — smooth morning shaves, no irritation, I use them every other day. So yeah, shaky start, but the product and follow-up won me over. Would like clearer tracking though. Also the price feels fair for daily use.
Small hiccup, decent fix
I almost didn’t buy because I’d read a few grumpy reviews and, to be honest, I had that “here we go again” feeling. I’ve used their stuff before and liked the products, so I rolled the dice. Placed an order late Sunday and then realized I’d left the old address on my account — classic. I updated it right away knowing no one would reply till Monday. Sure enough, Monday I got a text saying the post office would deliver, but they didn’t. That part was annoying. Customer service was slow to respond and at first leaned on excuses that felt weak. After a few back-and-forth emails they offered 50% off a replacement order, which was a fair attempt to make it right. It didn’t magically fix the hassle of tracking down a parcel that went elsewhere, but the person who finally handled it was helpful and not pushy. So my doubts didn’t disappear completely, but they softened — product still good, company not perfect, willing to give them another shot because they did try to resolve it.
