Feels solid and smooth, mounted on my Ruger for weekend range sessions. Haven't shot with it much yet, but pleased it arrived intact.
Not smooth, but refund arrived
ordering with them was messy, but I did get my money back after pushing. I ordered from their site in late May and then, well, nothing shipped. I emailed several times — seven actually, yes seven — and tried the listed phone number which turned out to be overseas. No real US support, no quick replies, just radio silence for a couple of weeks. I found a Las Vegas address online and then filed a complaint with the state Attorney General after about two weeks. The next day they finally issued a refund, no real explanation, no apology, just the refund. Dry satisfaction, I guess. If you try them, document everything, be ready to escalate, and consider using a card that makes disputes easy. I’m a retired service member, so I expected clearer contact info. Would be better if they had a proper US line and faster customer service. That’s my take.
