I was pretty disappointed with the Elitone Urge device. I used it for more than 8 weeks like they said, but it didn't help me at all. My leakage problems didn't get any better, in fact, they got worse after about 6 weeks. I'm not so sure about their claim that it's super effective, especially since the study was done by the company itself.

Do Not Buy the 60 day return policy starts when you order ... it fas be back to them by the 60th day. I am deaf and all I could find was a phone number, finally tried customer service, sent multiple emails when I finaly got a reply it was sorry your to late.
