I just worked with this really great guy from eUKhost to fix a tricky DNS problem, and let me tell you, it was pretty impressive. Alec K, the technician I worked with, was super professional and really knew his stuff the whole way through.
Set up server configuration
I was just setting up my server config and got stuck, but then Charles N came in and totally saved the day! He was super quick and really knew his stuff. It was like magic! The support from EUKHost is always good, but Charles really went the extra mile.
Technical support experience
I just wanted to share that I reached out to tech support the other day for a minor issue and had a great experience! Andrew and Diego helped me out, and they were super fast and polite. It was really nice to get such awesome customer service. I hope they keep it up!

What is positive points say my example -I was already using a service since five years and despite lovely offers I didn't switched to othe companies Considering one problem to discontinue for some hours during shifting I am a small company ,and the kind of services I provide I couldn't dare to take that risk
But last year in mid June When many companies shut down for some days due to pandemic threat I had time to switch to other one.
