She checked to see if they had the shoes in stock and shot me an email to confirm. I paid up and the same day got an email from DHL with a tracking number. The sandals showed up three days later and let me tell you, they look incredible. I'm thrilled with my purchase and the customer service was top-notch. Definitely gonna shop with them again. I'm so annoyed with this company's lack of communication and service. I've sent about twelve emails asking about my order placed last July, and I haven't gotten any replies yet. It's now August 5th, and I'm still waiting for a shipping confirmation. They told me on July 1st that they were waiting on a part of my order and would ship it soon, but I haven't heard anything since then. It's really frustrating to be ignored and not know if I'll get my package.
International online shoe purchase
The process of placing my order was easy, but when I found out that the total price varied depending on the country because of the high exchange rates of the bank the website uses, I was pretty bummed. The shoes were listed at 450 bucks, but in the end, they cost me 525 bucks, which was more than what I could've gotten them for at other stores. On top of that, there were unexpected DHL taxes of 48 bucks that were tacked on to the final price. This whole situation really opened my eyes to the necessity of double-checking all expenses before going through with a purchase.
