I wasn't sure at first — I needed a refresher after a messy brow tint I did months ago and was worried this would be too basic. The trainer was friendly and the salon felt calm, which helped. That said, I expected more updated lead info (I heard nothing since November?) and a live step‑by‑step sculpt demo instead of just a video. Decent overall, still have some questions.
Listing delay, but resolved
Halfway through the month I was staring at the dashboard wondering why my salon wasn't showing — a colleague had pointed it out on her profile so I signed up. The interface feels clunky and that pricing thing (customers seeing lower prices than pros) made me nervous. Communication was slow, I chased them a few times, but they eventually cleared things up. Glad it worked out.
Halfway through I noticed something off
the lessons flow well and the tools feel solid, nice grip, good pigments; it actually made thin brows sit better, which surprised me. But the big problem is the promised "regrowth program" never appears, not even a mention — so that part felt like a bait-and-switch and I was honestly annoyed. Still, some shaping tips worked and the aftercare notes were useful. Mixed feelings: useful course, but misleading promise.
Tiny clever, almost perfect
slim, balanced, a satisfying clicky action, really comfy for sketching and notes. Then a snag: a tiny thread on the barrel looked like packaging, so I clipped it off. Turns out that string is part of the refill trick; only after emailing support did I get a link that explains it. Bittersweet—great design and smooth in the hand, but no clear instructions meant one pen is useless. Still, I’d buy it again because it writes really nicely. I was pleasantly surprised by the mechanism once I learned how.
Almost didn't buy, glad I did

The color fixes are creamy, easy to layer and the shades match the photos. Still cautious, but overall satisfied — I’ll buy again when there’s a deal. Not perfect, but helpful.
