slim, balanced, a satisfying clicky action, really comfy for sketching and notes. Then a snag: a tiny thread on the barrel looked like packaging, so I clipped it off. Turns out that string is part of the refill trick; only after emailing support did I get a link that explains it. Bittersweet—great design and smooth in the hand, but no clear instructions meant one pen is useless. Still, I’d buy it again because it writes really nicely. I was pleasantly surprised by the mechanism once I learned how.
Almost didn't buy, glad I did
I almost left them in my cart; after a bad tint years ago I was pretty skeptical about online brow products. I needed something for thin, overplucked arches and honestly only ordered because the site had a discount. The checkout was straightforward and the tracking emails from Royal Mail made waiting less tense — I could see every step, which helped a lot. I grabbed the brow conditioner and two color fixes (Bombshell and Foxy) to test. The conditioner is subtle but actually made my sparse spots look healthier, so that was a pleasant surprise. The color fixes are creamy, easy to layer and the shades match the photos. Still cautious, but overall satisfied — I’ll buy again when there’s a deal. Not perfect, but helpful.
