brain fog cleared, I could follow the convo and felt sharp, that felt huge. Since then energy is steadier, my hair and nails are growing, and it oddly curbs my appetite if I eat a decent breakfast before the first capsule. One quirk — it's energizing, so I never take it after 1pm or I'll be up thinking about everything (lesson learned). I don't take it every single day, but on the days I do I sleep normally and wake up better. I told my sister about it — she’s trying it now. Not perfect, but it really works for me.
