Unauthorized Charges
I canceled my subscription over a year ago, but I'm still getting charged every month. It's annoying and totally unacceptable! Even though I tried to cancel, they keep billing me for a service I don't even use anymore. The fact that customer service hasn't gotten back to me is really disappointing. There's no phone number to call and they're not answering my emails, which is making me feel totally stuck and annoyed. This whole situation has been super frustrating and unimpressive, and I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.
Fun and educational app for my 3-year-old
My little guy, who's almost 3, really loves this app! There are all sorts of fun things to do on it that keep him busy for hours. I like that it's not just entertaining, but also helps him learn new stuff. He's really into the songs and stories, they're his favorite, and he's always asking to play with it.
Phonics learning app
I've been using this app for a while, and let me tell you, I really love it! The phonics lessons are so fun, and my daughter is having a blast with them. But, there are a few issues with the app freezing up sometimes, which gets annoying. Plus, it would be great if there was an option to jump ahead to certain phonics sections and then go back to them later on.
Activity tracker
I just bought this activity tracker from this company, and I gotta say, I was bummed out when the activity didn't update like they said it would. I made sure to wear the tracker all the time and did all sorts of activities, but the data just stayed the same, which kinda defeats the purpose. It was pretty disappointing and left me feeling frustrated. I really hope they can fix this problem so they can offer a better, more reliable product in the future.
Learning app for kids
The learning app for kids is a cool idea, but there are some things that need fixing. My main worry is that my kid is more into the music videos, art, and games on the app instead of focusing on learning stuff. It kind of defeats the purpose, you know? It would be great if parents could set limits on how long kids can spend on these sections, or if they could only unlock them after doing a certain amount of learning. That way, the app would be more helpful in getting kids interested in learning. The content is good overall, but there needs to be more control over how kids interact with everything.
Flying letters game for learning lowercase and uppercase letters
The flying letters game is awesome for helping your kiddo learn their ABCs, but my 2 1/2 year old girl had a tough time getting those letters to the right towers on her reading path. The idea is solid, but it might be a little too tricky for little ones. It would be better if the game had an easier touch and drag feature to place the letters in the right spots.
App purchase for my little brother
This app is pretty neat for my little brother since he really enjoys the games on it. But I don't get why I can't block certain stuff I don't think is appropriate for him. I mean, I don't want him checking out random zombie stuff and whatnot. Sometimes he's just all over the place clicking away and I can't seem to control it. I reached out for assistance, and they told me I can't restrict the content. So, I ended up canceling the app, but we can still access it, which seems strange. I really hope they don't end up charging us extra for it!
Offline learning app
As someone who really values always keep learning, I was really pumped to give this offline learning app a shot. The idea of being able to learn wherever, even without Wi-Fi, is super cool. But, my experience was kind of meh because the app isn't too accessible. It's awesome for when you're at home or somewhere with Wi-Fi, but it would be even better if there were interactive games you could play without needing internet, like at the store or while watching your sibling's soccer game. It would make learning feel more natural and easy to fit into your busy day.
