tidy process and quick replies. The patient care rep, Salma, kept checking in and actually answered everything — which was a relief. Using the service was simple, no fuss. Good scans, terrible process
I first saw this company mentioned in a local forum and asked them for my scan files — I was told you can get them free via a subject access request. The scans themselves were fine, decent quality, but getting them was a nightmare. They kept giving excuses, dug through my Facebook, and the runaround really wore me down. I warned a coworker to avoid them; honestly left me more upset than it should.
Travel wasted, awkward welcome
