after a bit of back-and-forth they did send the files, though it took longer than it should have and there wasn’t much of an apology. So my annoyance softened into cautious relief — I got what I needed, just with extra hassle.
What stuck with me is the process more than the money. If you’re relying on this kind of clinic for routine planning, make sure everything about records and potential charges is spelled out in writing up front. The staff weren’t overtly rude, just messy around policy, and that’s a trust thing for me. Overall: disappointed by the surprises, but at least I ended up with my scans — inconvenient, but not the end of the world.
