Honestly, skip them unless you like being ghosted — I waited three months for any update. The consult started fine, then my order vanished from the system and calls go to voicemail. Oddly the initial fitting was decent. I’d warn others.
Unexpectedly smooth visit
Wasn't expecting it to be this easy — using the app felt smooth, and chatting with the patient-care folks actually calmed me down. I'm really glad Salma answered every, every question without sounding rushed. Staff in person were warm too. If you're on the fence, give it a go.
Small win on aftercare
booking took a couple tries. Overall happy, would definitely tell friends, yeah.
Small, steady relief
tidy process and quick replies. The patient care rep, Salma, kept checking in and actually answered everything — which was a relief. Using the service was simple, no fuss. It felt personal, like someone was really paying attention. Would recommend to friends who want straightforward, calm care and honest.
Good scans, terrible process
I first saw this company mentioned in a local forum and asked them for my scan files — I was told you can get them free via a subject access request. The scans themselves were fine, decent quality, but getting them was a nightmare. They kept giving excuses, dug through my Facebook, and the runaround really wore me down. I warned a coworker to avoid them; honestly left me more upset than it should.
Travel wasted, awkward welcome
my kids were upset, which is the worst part. I won’t go back, and I’d tell other parents to double-check policies before booking, and expect lots of follow-up contact.
Free consult but asked for £100 — sketchy start
after a bit of back-and-forth they did send the files, though it took longer than it should have and there wasn’t much of an apology. So my annoyance softened into cautious relief — I got what I needed, just with extra hassle.
What stuck with me is the process more than the money. If you’re relying on this kind of clinic for routine planning, make sure everything about records and potential charges is spelled out in writing up front. The staff weren’t overtly rude, just messy around policy, and that’s a trust thing for me. Overall: disappointed by the surprises, but at least I ended up with my scans — inconvenient, but not the end of the world.
