Okay, so I knew I was actually satisfied the moment they asked sensible questions before prescribing — felt different from my regular doctor who never listens. The follow-up care was the surprising bit, proper check-ins that made me feel looked after, not rushed. Low drama, practical, and it just worked for me.
Two-day lifesaver
Right in the middle of a rough back flare I needed something quick—doc appointments were weeks away. Sent a photo, they replied fast and suggested the right treatment. Package arrived in two days, customer service checked in, kinda relieved and grateful it worked.
Took a chance, learned fast
I was half-convinced before buying — my rosacea makes me nervous about anything new, and I pictured this as something mild I could slap on before work. I even followed the directions exactly.
