I would not trust this site. I signed up because I needed a bit of cash for a last-minute move and wanted something simple; that's why I tried surveys. The problem: there's basically no way to reach support, and they give you a short window to withdraw rewards. At the same time it can take them weeks or months to approve completed surveys, so you often miss the withdrawal cutoff. Some credits do arrive eventually, but the timing looks like it intentionally prevents payouts. Not perfect, not outright impossible, but for me it meant lost money.
Slow payouts, spotty credit
I hit withdraw late one night and then forgot about it. Turns out two £25 withdrawals did come through, but only after about four weeks. Two surveys showed the final error page and paid nothing. I emailed support multiple times. No reply. The site feels sloppy and unreliable. It works sometimes, but you wait and cross fingers. I'm kind of glad a couple payouts arrived, but that's small comfort. If you want steady cash go to the branded survey sites. They pay fast on PayPal and actually answer people. A regulator would help.
Half a win, half a headache
low cashout, disappearing points, support that seems to be on permanent vacation. Some of that worry was legit, and some went away — I actually cashed out once, so it's not a total scam. Still, thirty cents for what felt like half an hour? No thanks. The screener questions repeat and then boot you out, sometimes twice, which is maddening. They also clear balances after a year, which feels sketchy. I mean, it's handy for short breaks and it works enough to keep me checking, but, yeah, mostly annoying. Still, overall, not great.
Mixed feelings about payouts
points expire after a year and a bunch of surveys sit in "verification" for what felt like ages (they say up to two months). When I finally hit the payout target my account got temporarily blocked, which made me suspicious all over again. Customer support was slow to answer e‑mail, I had to ping them a few times and even reached out via Twitter before anything moved. After a couple weeks they unlocked the account and processed the payment, so I'm not calling it a scam, but it's nerve‑wracking. If you try it, keep screenshots and be ready to follow up.
