Before I forked over my hard-earned cash, I double-checked to make sure all my security stuff would play nice together. But once I got that shiny new system, it was a total bust. They promised me it would be a breeze to set up, but man, were they wrong. Two years later and I'm still dealing with issues. I blew over a grand on this mess and I'm beyond annoyed. Moral of the story: do your homework before you drop some serious cash!
Security system
I'm really bummed about how this security system company treated me when I wanted to cancel my service. I've been with them for years, and when I finally decided to end things, they hit me with this crazy cancellation fee. I had to pay for an extra month even though I was already done! Plus, they cut off my service right away, no warning. When I called to talk about it, they didn't care at all. They wouldn't turn my service back on or give me anything for the money I already gave them. It's like they don't care about keeping customers happy. I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone.
Deceptive Contract Terms
I'm really upset with how this company dealt with my situation. I told them about my daughter's health getting worse and how she can't get to the alarm fast enough, but they still kept charging me. It's awful that they care more about making money than taking care of their customers. I should have checked the contract more closely, but I never thought they would treat me so coldly.
Disappointing experience
I'm really unhappy with the service I've been getting from this company. Ever since I switched from my old security provider, I've run into a bunch of problems that have just made me mad and let down. The customer service reps seem like they don't know what they're doing and care more about the company's money than actually helping us customers. If it wasn't such a pain and expensive to switch to a different security company, I would've already canceled with them.
Faulty sensors
I hate this equipment. They keep sending me sensors that don't work. This is the third time I've tried to set up a DIY alarm system at home and I've never had issues like this before. I think it's time to find a different company.
door/window sensors and cameras
My sensors keep freaking out for no reason, and I'm starting to think it's because the batteries are just old. We've stopped setting our alarm because of this. The cameras are also going offline so easily, and it's getting really irritating. Our previous security company was so much better - we didn't have any problems for a whole 3 years!

Very useful products, especially these days when over smart people watching our houses .These people are devoted towards best and affordable services round the clock.
On trail basis firstly they secured my garage and after few months later I preferred to make whole house area under my own supervision on finger tips.Camera and sensors prevent unwanted entries , especially door bell camera is working greatly because this is a function when people is inside.Otherwise main function to monitor activities make every penny value when I am outside.
No over charged , also gives option to take systems back if didn't find suitable or workable.
