I just got some DNA test kits for my family, but ran into some problems with the delivery. The tests ended up getting lost while they were on their way, and I was feeling pretty lost too. Luckily, I got in touch with Clare from customer service, and she really saved the day. Clare let me know that they were going to send replacement tests right away and made sure to keep me updated on the progress. Her quick, friendly, and helpful responses definitely made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with.
DNA results error
I got these DNA results that were totally confusing at first, but it was just because I uploaded the wrong file. Clare over at customer support was seriously awesome in getting everything sorted out for me. She was super patient, understanding, and always quick to get back to me. She even talked to some experts to break things down for me. Her help was top-notch!
DNA results; address verification issue
I just got my DNA results back from that company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how it all turned out. Everything went smoothly, and the results were detailed and informative. Only hiccup was a little mix-up with verifying my address, but I think that might've been on me. Overall, I think this company is great for DNA testing, especially since my family has used them three times now. I'd definitely use them again in the future. Sorry for any confusion with the address verification thing, my bad.
