I just bought a business card design from this company and honestly, it was pretty disappointing. The customer service team didn't seem to know much about their products and couldn't give me accurate details. Even after talking to someone who promised me that my design wouldn't have white lines on the edges, when my business cards arrived, they were wrong. I had to send a ton of emails back and forth to try to fix the problem, but it just left me feeling more annoyed. Overall, the whole thing was a hassle and the final product was nowhere near what I hoped for.
Reorder issue
I had a really bad experience with this company recently. I tried to reorder something, but their checkout process wouldn't let me enter the right shipping address. I reached out right away through their contact form, but all I got was a useless email back saying they couldn't help. Their customer service was terrible, and I was left feeling really upset and like they didn't care about my problem.
Multiple sets of business cards
I just want to give a heads up to anyone thinking about using this company. So, I ordered a bunch of business cards and everything seemed fine until my shopping cart suddenly emptied out for no reason. I tried reaching out to customer service, but all I got was a really unhelpful response that didn't actually fix anything. They basically just told me to pay for the cards all over again. It was super frustrating and honestly pretty disappointing. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to deal with the same thing in the future.

Yeah, so I ordered this really cool thing online, but it never showed up. I was super frustrated because they charged me right away. Finally, after what felt like forever, I contacted them and they were just like "wait one more week." Ugh, so annoying. Week 5 rolls around and they hit me with a "no refunds" message. I was beyond angry. But then, I decided to leave a really angry review and suddenly they fixed everything!
Business card design purchase
I just bought a business card design from this service, but I was kind of let down. I paid for both sides to be designed, but I only got the front side that I could download. I tried reaching out to customer service via the email in the FAQs, but got no response. All in all, my experience with this service was pretty disappointing.
Paid product delivery delay
I ordered a product that ended up taking over 6 weeks to arrive. On top of that, they forgot to include half of it, which took another 3 weeks to finally get sent out. I was in the process of starting a new business and really needed my business cards right away, but it seemed like they just didn't care at all. It was so disappointing and definitely seemed unprofessional.
Hats, t-shirts, and polo shirt purchase
I ordered some hats, t-shirts, and a polo shirt about two months back, but still haven't gotten anything. The tracking number they gave me doesn't seem to work right - it never changes. If you want your stuff quick, I suggest looking for a local shop instead. They told me it'd be here in 10 business days, and I was really counting on having them for my company's big opening. But LogoMaker has totally let me down as a small business owner.
Website and domain hosting
I recently used this company for my website and domain hosting needs, and let me tell you, it has been a complete nightmare. I couldn't believe it when I found out that my website was suddenly taken down with no warning or explanation. This caused me to potentially miss out on business opportunities because I only found out when a client told me they couldn't access my site. And to top it off, I ended up getting charged twice for their services - which is just not okay. This isn't the first time this kind of thing has happened, and the whole process to get it resolved takes way too long. In my opinion, this company is not trustworthy or honest at all, so I highly recommend steering clear of their services for anything.
Logo design purchase
I made a logo on your website and I really liked how it turned out. But when I tried to go back and buy it, the site was down and I got an error message. It's frustrating because I'm all set to finish my purchase but I can't get to my logo or reach customer service for help.
Business cards with minor customization
I ordered some business cards with a small customization, but I accidentally put the wrong business name. So, I contacted Customer Service and they were super quick to fix the mistake. They gave me a credit so I could make the right changes. Everything went smoothly and I got my new cards in just a week. The quality was awesome, but I wish someone had told me about the margin tool to make sure everything lined up perfectly.
Custom logo design purchase disaster
This website is such a pain to deal with. I ordered a custom logo design, but then I made a little mistake and wanted to fix it right away. But oh man, their customer service was basically nonexistent. And when they did get back to me, it was no help at all - just trying to sell me more stuff. The mistakes I made during ordering were final and couldn't be fixed, so now I'm stuck with a logo that I don't even like. Definitely steer clear of this site.
First-time purchase
Well, this was my first shot at making a logo and I gotta say, it was quite a ride. At the beginning, I was totally lost on where to find the free download, and it was really getting on my nerves. But after pushing through and getting some tips from the seller, things finally started to make sense. Huge thanks to Brianne from LogoMaker for jumping in and giving me a hand - that totally saved the day. All in all, it was a rough start, but it ended on a positive note.
Logo creation service satisfaction
I recently used a logo creation service to design a logo for my new business. Throughout the process, I needed to make a number of changes, and I reached out to their customer service team about 6 or 7 times for a tweak here and there. Let me tell you, the folks I talked to like Baby, Sunish, Mervin, and the whole crew were super helpful and always quick to address my requests. Thanks to their expertise and professionalism, I ended up with a fantastic final product that captured my brand perfectly. Despite reading some negative reviews about the service, my personal experience was top-notch, and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for logo design services.
Business cards and items with branded logo
My prepaid item has been not delivered.
The order with order ID 20240218 has been made on 24th June 2023.
I have ordered 3 items... the 2nd was delivered 3 months after the purchase date and the 3rd item has been NEVER delivered.
When I complained in writing to Logomaker, they have promised me many times that the product will be delivered soon but after a half year no sign of it.
Next time I will just drop my money into the garbage bag to save time and avoid any disappointment. It is just so sad...Logo designing made easy
I loved using the logo designing services! It was easy to use with lots of templates that I could customize to fit my style with colors, fonts, and placement. Even though I'm not a pro at design, I was able to make a logo that really showed off my brand. I ordered on 2/9/21 and got my final logo on 12/9/21, earlier than I thought I would, especially with everything going on in the world. It looked just like I wanted it to and the design was spot on. The customer service team was quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, I had a great experience and would totally recommend them!
Business cards, branded t-shirts and hat
Delivery time for a paid product is more than 6 weeks - not acceptable. All this after they have delivered half of my order, I contacted them, they realized half of the order got forgotten and despite my request for a fast delivery - my new business opening needed the ordered business cards urgently - they have arranged a 3 weeks long delivery. OMG how pathetic is that - and they call themselves "A Deluxe Company". Well it looks they cannot afford a fast delivery on a prepaid order even they made a huge mistake and simply forgot half of the order... There are many other options on the market to create logos, I will definitely choose other provider. How disappointing :(

Here I found Harajuku loose casual hoodie ,autumn winter two color sweatshirt and hoodie pullovers .Common is colors accuracy Rates are as best any where in any world market.
But being an Indian I cannot enjoy feeling of enjoy due to hard shipping charges.Also if delivery is taking almost one month what is sense charging so much against shipping.Even if use DHL or UPS they can deliver it almost in same cost in 70% less days.
