I liked the boots themselves, but the whole purchase experience left me pretty annoyed — so buyer beware. The shoes looked and felt fine, honestly, and at first I was kind of happy, but they sent brown ones when both the product page and my order said "steel gray." That’s the big issue. Because it was marked Final Sale they wanted to charge a 25% restocking fee to take them back — which felt wrong to me since I didn’t get what I ordered. I reached out a few times and kept getting the same line: “you received what you ordered,” even after I pointed out the listing and order clearly said gray. No real attempt to fix it, and they even dodged posting my review, which made me question the whole ratings system. I’ve had better customer service with smaller shops, so that was disappointing. On the plus side delivery was quick and the boots are comfortable; I’m not saying everything was a disaster. Still, I disputed the charge with my card company and probably won’t buy from them again. A mix of good product, poor support — thought you should know.
Surprisingly solid pick
I liked these more than I thought I would. I bought them a few weeks ago for daily wear and right off the bat they were comfier than the pics suggested. At first glance I worried they were a bit bulky and not quite like the photos, but after an afternoon out I kept circling back to how supportive they felt — and weirdly, people asked where I got them. My first impression shifted fast from "hmm" to "nice." The build is better than I expected for the price, and there was one small element (the insole) that actually beat my expectations. Not perfect — sizing runs a tad generous, so I might size down — but overall I’m happy I gave them a shot. Would recommend if you want something comfy and a little different.

I almost didn't order because I worried about sizing and online returns, and yeah, I kept thinking "what if they don't fit" or "what if they don't arrive." But the people who tipped me were right. Shipping took a few days, I tracked it, and when they arrived they fit mostly true to size, comfy right away — I mean, surprised me. I did have to swap one pair for a different color, customer service was friendly and quick, not like the usual wait. I still double-check measurements now, I admit, but overall I'm really glad I took the chance. Saw them on Instagram originally, so shout-out to my buddy who sent the DM. Happy I listened. Will probably buy another pair soon, honestly.
