I wasn't sure about choosing "will call" when buying — I've been burned before by resellers — but the price at least looked right so I went for it. At the venue the will-call window had no tickets (so I bought new ones, awkward). Later I called the seller and they said they'd emailed my original tickets; turns out they had. So yeah, glad I could go, but annoyed I was told to pick up in person and then charged twice. No refund offered; communication was poor.
