I ordered a couple things and they arrived quicker than I thought — neat packaging, even a small sample included which was a nice surprise. The whole ordering process was easy, no fuss. I’m still testing the products though, so I can’t honestly rate effectiveness yet, not enough time.
Not shipped yet, weird timing
They keep pinging me for a review before the box even left their warehouse. I get follow‑ups, then silence about the actual delivery time — which is long, by the way. Product sounds fine on paper, could be great, but this timing and premature feedback requests feel sloppy. I’ve had faster, more organized experiences elsewhere, recently too.
