once, a rep seemed genuinely apologetic, which was oddly refreshing. Also, when the device briefly synced, the readings looked reasonable. But the whole process wasted time and patience. I expected better communication for the price. I’m left unconvinced and annoyed, honestly.
Nice start, lousy finish
unpaired, re-paired, deleted the app, reinstalled, rebooted my phone — you name it. I reached out to support and got a reply only after a few days; they asked me to try reconnecting (which I’d already done), then it took another 48 hours before they sent a reset procedure. I followed that too, still nothing. I’m five days into waiting for a follow-up and I’ve asked for a return and refund — crickets. Bottom line: great build and accurate while it worked, but flaky Bluetooth and slow/spotty support make me hesitant to recommend. If you need something reliable, look elsewhere.
Pretty bummed about delivery
I actually first saw Hume Health on Instagram and told my sister about it — product looked promising, nice branding and all. I ordered (order number) but the shipment was marked “lost in transit,” which they admitted in writing. Over a month later I still don’t have the item, no tracking for a replacement and no confirmed dispatch. The emails are polite and apologetic, sure, but they don’t say anything concrete — no proper sign-off, no phone number, no real timelines, just “we’re monitoring internally.” That’s annoying. I was a bit excited about the product, which makes this even more disappointing, but the lack of transparency pushed me to open a dispute with my bank. Customers deserve clear tracking, defined delivery windows and someone who takes responsibility when things go wrong. Maybe it was a one-off and maybe they’ll sort it, I hope so — but right now I can’t recommend them. I had told my sister about it earlier; now I feel awkward.
Half-broken scale, slow answers but a decent outcome

When the package arrived I tried the thing a few times in my daily routine — looked okay but not great — and I immediately told them I wanted to return it. It’s now been over a week of slow replies, promises of a return slip that never arrive, and general back-and-forth that goes nowhere. I ended up disputing the charge with my card company. Delivery seemed rushed and their customer service dragged out the whole return. If you need something reliable for everyday use and don’t want to chase support for weeks, I’d be careful. A little enthusiasm for the idea, but the experience around shipping and returns ruined it.
