Tenant screening accuracy
I've noticed that the info from this service isn't always on point or current. The voter registration details especially have a lot of mistakes and missing info. It seems like they don't regularly update their data from the local government. I've checked out other services like Experian, and you can really tell the difference in quality. Even though the financial data is more accurate, there are still problems with wrong info and old addresses being linked.
