Honestly, I'm really glad we picked them — they nailed it. I was skeptical after a messy previous agency and months of falling traffic, but their presentation (best deck we saw) and clear, knowledgeable team gave us confidence that SEO/PPC are finally handled right.
Watching the delivery
I started with them three weeks ago and at first I just watched how the delivery timeline held up. Customer service answered my calls and actually stayed on the line to sort things, which I appreciated. Smooth overall, not perfect — a few small delays — but worth sticking with.

The team covered stuff we don’t get — SEO, techy bits — and they explained it in plain terms. We’d been burned by slick agencies before, so this felt refreshingly real, and I liked that.
Not what I expected, but still got something useful
the workflows shown are more like blueprints for someone who already codes or who can hire a dev. So much for “easy setup.” A lot of the value required technical glue work, and I had to piece things together, which was annoying but not impossible.
