I relaxed only once I used it with my morning coffee — came late and not quite what I thought, but it does the job daily.
Sparse site, decent delivery
I kept browsing their site, not expecting much — tiny selection and some items way overpriced. Still, checkout was straightforward and my order arrived on time. Not thrilled with prices, but delivery and process were okay, I guess.
Almost lost faith
Wasn't sure this was going to end well — package first went to the wrong country and I honestly thought I'd been scammed, especially after bad experiences with slow replies from other shops. I emailed them and, to my surprise, they answered every time and offered options including a full refund. I wanted the set, so I asked for a replacement. The new decanter arrived quickly, super carefully packed, and looked lovely — that's the moment I relaxed and felt satisfied. Mildly annoyed about the mix-up, but happy with how they handled it.
Smashed box, then a surprising fix
I opened the door and saw a totally crushed box—great start for a birthday gift, right? I ordered on December 31 with a delivery date of January 10, but it didn’t arrive until the 19th (party was the 16th, so yeah, not ideal). The package was torn up and I complained the same day, sent two emails and filled out the site form. At first I heard nothing and I was skeptical (been burned by slow replies before), but eventually customer service replied, apologized, and set up a full refund plus a prepaid return. It wasn’t perfect, but they made it right.
