for a bit the app refused to use mobile data and basically acted like a kill switch until I turned it off. Annoying, yes, but support walked me through a few phone setting checks and they spotted the setting that was blocking it. Shoutout to Raquel from support — calm, clear, and got my phone working on cellular. After that, it’s been smooth sailing; speeds are good enough for HD video and the built‑in dark web monitoring is a nice extra that I actually check now and then. Not flawless — the mobile hiccup was real — but overall it’s well designed and the customer service made the difference. Works fine until you need help
the VPN itself ran fine most of the time, but the customer support made the whole experience a major headache. My advice to others: keep copies of backup codes somewhere safe outside the service (I should have done that), and be prepared to spend time if something breaks. Small unexpected positive: once a live agent got involved they solved it quickly, so the support team can do good work — it's the process to reach them that needs fixing.
