don’t count on getting paid until verification is confirmed. I knocked out roughly thirty surveys over a couple weeks, then tried to cash out and discovered my account was permanently suspended — reason given: "failed verification". No prior warning, no helpful explanation, and support replies were vague or absent. So yeah, the system lets you do the work but blocks the payout. Some parts worked: surveys loaded fine and the interface was okay, but that doesn’t fix the payout problem. If you use this, document everything, follow any verification prompts immediately, and keep expectations low. I’d try again only if verification were clearer. Not ideal, but could improve.
Verification roadblock
slow emails, canned replies, no real alternative for verification delivery — no mail-in, no video call, nothing. Other companies I've used offered alternatives, even manual checks. So yes, the verification is an issue, but the bigger problem is how it's handled and delivered: inflexible process, poor support. I'm disappointed; could be solved with better options and a human reply.
Did the work, didn't get paid

Support replied with the standard "wait up to 90 days" line and no real explanation or timeline, which felt like stonewalling. It’s not a hiccup, it’s a refusal to actually honor the reward. I get that delays happen, but telling people to just wait without accountability is weak. I’m annoyed and a bit out of pocket. I’ll keep chasing them, but I wouldn’t recommend relying on their promises. Be careful if you go down this route; save your time and nerves if you can.
