I’d first heard about Pagely because a coworker tipped me a few years ago — we’d tried other hosts and even DIY on AWS, so I was cautious. I jumped into chat with support and within minutes Kevin had pasted log links, pointed out the bad IPs and asked if he could block them on the server. He did the block, performance came back, and it all felt... handled. Delivery of the fix was quick, and their follow-up was calm and useful. Not the cheapest option, ordering could be smoother, but the customer service and fast delivery made me a lot less worried.
