Easy form editing
I love using this website to tweak forms and customize them to our liking. It's pretty awesome that I can just make changes without having to redo everything. The only thing that threw me off was figuring out how to align the text in a box. I hope they make that easier to locate.
Editable PDF subscription
This is such a scam. I spent a bunch of time editing a PDF and then boom, they hit me with a subscription fee. They lure you in with a "free trial" but really it's just a way to trap you into paying forever. Canceling? Yeah, right, it's like trying to escape quicksand - not happening. The website is purposely tricky to navigate when you want to cancel, and getting support from them is useless. It's totally shady and they're taking advantage of people who don't see it coming.
