Not what I signed up for

rewards now come as vouchers, threshold bumped way up (used to be around 300 points, now you need like 1,000), and some points I earned before the redesign never showed up. On the plus side, the site feels a bit snappier and the new layout is cleaner, weirdly enough that small detail surprised me. Still, losing a payout method without a clear notice was a bad move. Customer replies were slow but not totally absent, so that’s something. My advice: if PayPal matters to you, don’t assume it’s still there — check first or look for an alternative. I’m sticking around for now because of a few decent surveys, but I’m actively looking elsewhere.

    Off my list after years

quick little £3 surveys, PayPal payouts almost instantly, no fuss. Lately though they “updated” the site and it’s just not the same. Surveys are rare, the decent ones are gone, and when you do get invited you often don’t qualify anymore — annoying. The big kicker for me was the cashout change: now you need £10 and no PayPal, which feels like a step backwards. I’m honestly grateful I made a bit of pocket money all those years, so I can’t say it was all bad, but right now I’m done unless they sort it out. Told a couple friends to pause signing up — I’d say the same to you.

    Small, steady income gone messy

I used this site for a while because I was stuck at home with a bad lower back and needed a bit of cash. It was slow, but payments showed up. That was the point. Lately things changed. Payouts stopped coming to PayPal and were switched to a prepaid Visa. Fine, maybe. But they also raised the points threshold a lot. And survey lengths went up while rewards went down. So the delivery of money feels worse. Requests I sent to support got a form reply about PayPal being removed and nothing else. I asked why the reward amounts dropped and whether the company had been taken over. No real answers. I even asked them to close my account because I was done with it and that was ignored. The site still works for filling surveys. It still pays, eventually. But customer service is slow or absent. And the payment method change makes redemption clunky. For someone who relied on quick, small payouts during recovery, that matters. Not a disaster, but not what it was. I'm sticking around for now, but I'm looking for a better option that actually answers questions and delivers on time.

    Half glad, mostly puzzled

would I actually qualify, would points disappear, is this flaky? At first it was fine, I’d get one maybe a month and that felt about right. Then about a year ago things went weird — I kept clicking through from the email as soon as it landed and kept getting “quota full” or “not qualifying.” My points even expired without me knowing, which annoyed me. I emailed, they replied and reinstated the points as a goodwill gesture, and yes, that made me breathe a little easier — I appreciated that, honestly. But now the same thing is happening again: patronizing tips about cookies, then the same quota story even though I literally clicked two minutes after the email. So my original doubts didn’t fully disappear; they were calmed for a bit, then came back. I’m glad they were willing to fix the one issue once, but I’m left suspicious and a bit frustrated — not quite ready to recommend, but not ready to give up either.
