    Not worth the hassle

    skip this seller unless you like disputes. I ordered hair that looked fine in photos but started falling apart after a couple wears. The texture changed and it just didn’t hold up. I reached out to ask for a return or refund. At first they refused because the hair had been used. Then they said I could only return it to China and that I’d pay shipping. Cheapest quote from the U.S. was over $300, more than the wig itself. They tried to patch things with small partial refunds, about 15–30 percent, which I refused since the product wasn’t as described. I’ve had better service from other vendors who at least offer prepaid returns or a local solution. So I escalated the case to PayPal. After sending photos and the messages, PayPal sided with me and issued a full refund. I’m still annoyed I had to go through that. On the plus side, the refund came through. Bottom line: product quality and return policy are risky. If you buy, expect to fight for your money back.

    Waiting game with a pretty color

    Weird little saga — I ordered the Burmese curly crochet hair in color P4/27 on Feb 19 and, as of Mar 19, still nothing. I reached out a week after buying (Feb 27) asking when it might ship and the reply was basically “lots of orders, it’ll take time,” which wasn’t very helpful. After that I heard crickets. I get that some things sell out fast, I’ve had delays with other sellers but at least they tell you what's up or give a tracking number. What annoyed me was that their site and socials shout “fast shipping,” so it felt misleading. On the plus side, they eventually offered a different hair pattern as an option, which was thoughtful, but I politely declined because I was specifically after that P4/27 for a set of miracle knots I wanted to try. So I went from skeptical to... cautiously optimistic. The CS finally showed it cared by offering alternatives and being polite, but communication could be way better — updates, realistic timelines, or even marking that shade as delayed would help a lot. I’ll probably try them again if they improve transparency; great hair if you can wait, and the team wasn’t rude about it, so that counts for something.

    Small win after a bad delivery

    I checked the tracking and it said "Delivered" — but the package wasn't at my door. I needed those extensions for an appointment and couldn't swing missing it, partly because getting around is harder for me right now. I sent photos that proved the carrier delivered to the wrong address. They ran an "investigation" starting January 12, and it dragged on. After weeks of back-and-forth, the only thing that changed was a 25% refund hitting my card. Oddly, that's the moment I felt a bit satisfied — not happy, just relieved something finally moved. It's not a fix. I still lost my installation deposit and don't have the hair I paid for. The team could've handled it faster or sent a replacement. So yeah, partial resolution, but not enough. Not perfect, but at least I got something back instead of nothing.

I installed one pack to test and it blended so well with my natural hair, I actually laughed out loud, like, wow, this is nice. Styling went smooth, held curls and didn’t tangle after a few wears. Customer service wasn’t perfect — communication could have been way better up front — but they did follow up later and offered an apology and a small discount on my next order, which helped turn things around. The moment I knew I was satisfied was during that first install, when everything looked natural and I didn’t have to fight with the hair. Would I order again? Probably, but I’d ask more questions up front and expect a slower ship time. All in all, happy with the product itself, less happy with the wait.
