Loved it — first time ordering, way faster than I thought; started using it last week, good quality and price, surprised it felt solid
Mixed feelings but ended ok
I was skeptical at first, but in the end things worked out enough that I’m not fuming anymore. Okay, story time — I ordered something and when it came time to return it, the whole process felt weird and unclear. The return route they use drops the package at some intermediate spot (no heads-up) and then it supposedly moves on — except no dates, no tracking updates, pretty vague. That made me anxious, and honestly I wasted time trying to figure out where the box went.
I tried customer service a few times and at first it felt like shouting into a void. Slow replies, some canned answers, and one person who didn’t seem to know the return policy at all. So yeah, that reinforced my doubts: is this company disorganized? Are they avoiding responsibility? I felt like I had to push.
Here’s the twist: after I escalated (and yep, I did open a claim with my card provider), the refund was processed. Not instantly, but it came through, which was a relief. They didn’t cover the return postage for me, and that still bugs me, but they did honor the refund eventually — so that turned my skepticism into cautious relief.
If I’m giving advice: keep all your receipts and screenshots, and don’t be shy about contacting your bank if things stall. Also, they should really be clearer on their site about how returns are handled — that would save everyone trouble.
Would I shop here again? Maybe, but only if the item and price are right and I’m prepared for a slow return process. Small improvements in communication would make this a much smoother experience.
