I’ll admit, I expected the setup to be a bit of a headache and wasn’t totally sure an incremental campaign would get enough attention. That worry faded pretty quickly. The onboarding was clear, no endless back-and-forth, and the team actually seems invested in what happens after launch. Linda has been especially helpful; she replies fast, breaks down the numbers in plain English, and never makes questions feel silly. We’ve seen solid progress, and it’s been reassuring to know someone is keeping an eye on the details. Glad we gave Shoptimised a shot. If you’re hesitating, I’d say talk to them first.
Better than I expected
I use Shoptimised most mornings while checking Google Ads before the rest of the store work starts. Honestly, I expected another feed tool that would take weeks to set up and then need babysitting. It didn’t. The onboarding was quick, and when I had a couple of fairly basic questions, support answered without sending me in circles. Changes to the feed were rolled out faster than I expected, too. The wider catalog is now actually showing up, and some previously quiet products are pulling a decent return. Price isn’t nothing, but it makes sense now.
