maybe order an extra nozzle if you use it daily.
Nice surprise with delivery
I got this for my daily coffee runs and to keep in the office. Delivery was fast and the box arrived in one piece. Customer service actually called to check if everything was okay, and they helped sort a small mix-up, which surprised me. Pleasant experience overall, will keep using it.
Service pulled through
the customer service worked well, even though the SRI DRYQ hairdryer itself let me down. The dryer didn't dry as quickly as I expected, so I returned it. Emails about the return were clear and prompt, which I appreciated — I did have to chase one missing refund after their 7 to 10 business day window, but after I sent a follow-up they issued the refund the same day. I’ve had an SRI infrared flat iron for about five years and that’s been solid, so glad it was sorted.
Half love, half regret
it's handy and works in everyday life, but it seemed to cause damage for me and their support felt dismissive. Not perfect, useful but handled poorly.
That moment sealed it
I was staring at the little magnet ring on the tile—yeah, I dropped it on the bathroom floor—and for a second I thought, great, there goes my pricey hair dryer. But when I called customer support and the rep said they'd send a replacement ring and magnet at no charge, that was the exact moment I knew I’d made a good choice. No long wait, no weird transfers, no language hassle—just a friendly person who fixed it. I'm pleasantly surprised, honestly; if you’re hesitating because of price, I’d say go for it. Really glad I bought it.
Pillow full of hair — but hopeful
Woke up with more hair on my pillow than I'd like to admit, so I needed something gentle — color treated hair, breakage, ugh. I grabbed their lightweight red dryer on a whim because my old clunky one felt like a dumbbell and made my scalp mad. It's actually noticeably lighter, fits in my hand, and drying is quicker without frying the ends. My hair felt smoother after the first use, not that crunchy hot-blow look. Customer support were real people who answered my dumb questions and gave useful tips, which helped. I just ordered the KeeWee shampoo and it's sitting on my counter waiting for a test run. Delivery was pretty quick and packaging wasn't fussy. Price felt fair for how it performs, so yeah, glad I tried it.
