I didn't expect to get this kind of hands-on help — we had a rep, Tiffany, who actually followed up and helped tune the proxies for our tests. Proxies are solid and pretty quick, dashboard's simple so we didn't waste time, but yeah, there were a couple small hiccups during setup that took a nudge to fix. After dealing with flaky vendors before, this felt refreshingly proactive. Not perfect, but the personal attention made the difference and kept everything running smoothly, and I’d recommend them for sure.
Service hiccup mid-rollout
Halfway through a small rollout, the connection dropped and we lost a chunk of traffic. I’d been testing it for about three weeks — initial impression was fine, a bit sluggish sometimes, but usable. What really hurt was the unexpected shutdown with zero heads-up; that caused a real outage. Support was polite but clearly inexperienced and slow to react, so fixes took longer than they should. It’s okay for non-critical use, just not production-grade. Buyer beware.
Sticky, eventually
I first tried this a month ago. At first I was really annoyed. Proxies were flipping every 5–10 seconds and my tasks kept getting banned. I fiddled with the dashboard—set hold-IP if connection lost—and it didn't seem to help. Support took a while to reply and the first answers were vague. But I kept poking and testing different routes. After a couple of tweaks things smoothed out. Now the sticky behavior actually holds for minutes, not seconds. Feels solid in daily use. Not perfect, but way more reliable than day one. Happy I stuck with it.
Almost didn't buy it
I almost skipped this because of those sketchy five-star reviews from accounts with one write-up. Bought a small mobile proxy bundle last Tuesday to test for a weekend scraping job, pretty skeptical. At first it dropped connections a couple times — like 30–60 seconds — and yeah, I was annoyed, but I messaged support and they actually fiddled with my node and things calmed down. Still has tiny hiccups now and then, not flawless, but way more stable than I expected. Glad I tried it out; my doubts mostly faded after real use and a helpful, not-canned support chat, and I'm actually relieved.
Setup that actually worked
we use around 10TB a month and only see tiny blips, not real downtime. Price is a bit higher than some other vendors we tried (had a few rough experiences before), but the reliability and fast, polite updates made it worth it for us. So yeah, glad it turned out better than I expected, honestly.
