I’ve got a toddler climbing the furniture and I’m feeling like a soggy sock, so I try this service because “convenient” sounded like a gift. At first glance the site looks great — pay, wait two hours, get a decision. Fast-forward: turns out some states require a live chat with the prescriber, which they never clearly say. By the time they finally reached out, my pharmacy was shut and I felt worse. I canceled and schlepped to urgent care instead. Kind of annoying, but honestly glad I did — urgent care got me antibiotics and anti-nausea meds faster, cheaper, and they even identified the bacteria so I know the meds will actually work. The part that bugs me now is the refund: still waiting, payment already cleared, so I’m prepping to dispute if it doesn’t show up. Overall I like the idea of the service, and I’m grateful things worked out in the end, but the delivery and customer service fell short of the “convenient” pitch.
Almost gave up, then relief hit
the website promised one to two hours, and honestly I braced for the worst. I didn’t get an automatic update, so I had to text them (yes, like a teenager) at the two-hour mark. A little annoying, sure, and I’ll admit I muttered a few choice words. But here’s the thing — after the lab code was arranged and they actually saw the results, the provider called back and, finally, I got a prescription that started to work within a day. That one moment — when the cramping eased and I realized I could stop stressing about a trip to the ER — was when I felt glad I’d tried it. Not perfect: the communication could be better, and waiting felt too long, and you might need to chase them a bit. Still, it did what I needed without a full ER bill. So yeah, not flawless, but it handled the problem and that mattered.
Not my cup of tea — use GoodRx instead
skip this service if you're in a rush. I tried it because I wanted to avoid urgent care for a sudden, annoying UTI and hoped this would be a quick fix. The intake felt like an infomercial for extras — they kept suggesting more meds during the whole process, which made me uneasy, and they wanted payment up front. After I paid I learned the earliest slot was the next morning, which I guess is fine if you're not miserable, but is not "same day" in my book. I set it for 7:45am to squeeze it in before work. They called while I was in the shower about 30 minutes early, then canceled because I didn't pick up. That cancellation pushed me over the edge and I just used GoodRx instead — got a prescription to the pharmacy inside an hour with almost no fuss. The refund process here was awkward: a week later I hadn't seen anything back, and only by logging in did I find an email asking me to choose between a credit card refund or a site gift card. Who picks a gift card for future UTI care? Not me. So yeah, the platform technically works sometimes, but the weird upsells, the upfront pay, and the clumsy cancellation/refund routine make it more trouble than it's worth. If you've had better luck elsewhere, that's cool — I just won't use this again.
A little skeptical, but it did the job
a quick questionnaire, a short video consult window, and then a prescription if the clinician agreed. First impression was clean and fast, though I had a little pause over an optional checkbox for extras (probiotics, yeast prevention, urine test) — took a second to figure out what I actually needed. The clinician was professional and to the point, which I appreciated; no fluff, just asked a few questions and explained the plan. Pharmacy confirmation took maybe 10–15 minutes longer than I expected, but meds arrived within about an hour, which felt like a win given the alternatives. I started feeling better quickly, and getting optional meds like probiotics felt like a thoughtful add-on rather than pushy upselling. I didn't have to call customer service at all, so I can't comment on that experience. Price felt fair considering I avoided a drive, a waiting room, and a copay during flu season. Minor quibble: a small UI hiccup on mobile that made me re-tap a button, but nothing that would stop me from using them again. Overall, my initial doubts faded — service was efficient and convenient, exactly what I needed that day.
