I recently started using this video-making software and it was a little challenging to figure out at the beginning. But let me tell you, the customer service was absolutely fantastic! They responded right away and helped me resolve my issue in no time.
Waste of Money
I'm really frustrated with this company! Their software is just terrible, and they actually tried to sneakily charge me for another year even though I only used their services for like a month. On top of that, their customer service is the worst - it's all just automated messages that don't do anything to solve my problem. I don't trust them at all, and I'm warning everyone to steer clear of this shady company!
Whiteboard animation video software
I've been using whiteboard animation video software for about a year now, but I recently decided not to renew my yearly subscription because I have other projects that need my attention. I have to say, though, I was really impressed with the results I got from using this software. The interface was super easy to use and I was able to create a professional-looking video with little effort. Being able to customize the video with music and a huge media library made my projects more creative. My videos turned out engaging and informative, and I think they reached my target audience effectively. Overall, I definitely recommend this software for making whiteboard animation videos.
Top white animation software
I was looking at some really cool animation things and I came across one that's really awesome. It's not totally perfect, but it's definitely good enough for what I wanted. And the customer service was amazing! They were super helpful and fixed my issue really fast. It was nice to actually talk to a real person too. So awesome!
Quick and fun video-making
Videoscribe is awesome because you can create amazing videos quickly with a bunch of cute pictures. I personally think it's the best because it's super easy to use and there's just something special about them that I really love.
Program too hard, bad customer service
I tried using this app, but man, it was super confusing. I just couldn't wrap my head around it after a while. When I tried to cancel and get a refund, they flat out said no. Can you believe that? They were so rude!
User-friendly software
The software is super user-friendly and their customer service is top-notch. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, the support team is so helpful, friendly, and really efficient. It's nice to actually talk to real people instead of dealing with robots. All in all, working with this company has been a fantastic experience.
Fast response and resolution
They got back to me really quickly and sorted out my problem fast. Even though I only have one user license, they still helped me out right away.
