I first spotted these on my neighbor's Instagram story and told my brother to give them a look, so I ordered. Shipping was a mess — one pair sat in New Jersey for days, the other barely left China at first. After I complained they pushed the shipper and everything arrived about ten days later in a beat-up box. The shoes weren't as roomy as the product blurb said, they were tight, which annoyed me. One pair was labeled final sale so I figured it was lost, but WalkHero refunded the whole order and told me to keep and donate the tight pair. Customer service was straightforward and actually helpful, no nonsense, and that made me happy. Delivery sucked, but the refund and the way they handled it made the whole thing acceptable.
Half the story on shipping
return in the original box. Problem is, my pair came in a soft bag. No box. So what now? Felt like I was talking to a script. It works if you only care about the product and don't mind waiting. I'm kind of bummed though. A company that uses US labels but dropships from abroad should be clearer. Not terrible, but could be so much better. Just saying right now.

Relief at last for tired feet
Standing in my kitchen after a long run of errands, I slipped these mules on and actually relaxed — which felt weirdly surprising. I didn't expect miracles when I ordered these, honestly, because most shoes I've tried either pinch or just don't support anything. But these started to shape to my foot the moment I stepped in them. The wide toe box is the real hero here — my toes finally have room and aren't squished like in so many other brands I've tried.
