grind becomes brutal and every progression feels engineered to nudge you into buying premium stuff. That one detail — relentless monetization — ruined the experience more than the matchmaking or the occasional bad match. Still, I’ll admit the tank models and audio are surprisingly good; I didn’t expect that level of polish and it kept me around longer than I should have been. In short, it’s addictive and cleverly designed to squeeze cash, which is frustrating if you wanted a casual diversion while recovering or commuting. If you don’t want to spend or sink hundreds of hours, don’t start. If you like pretty tanks and don’t mind the grind, go ahead. Seriously, fair warning.
Mid-match déjà vu
rounds that should punch through just... stop. You aim, you hit the ammo rack, you expect sparks and smoke, and instead the turret stares back at you like nothing happened. The ERA feels off too — it’s supposed to be a clever layer of protection, but the way the armor system reads it, it behaves wrong half the time and eats shots it shouldn’t. Controls, sound, and visuals are still solid — driving a heavy tank still has that satisfying thunk — but the combat outcomes feel random and tilted. And at top tier it's like a one-nation parade; you see the same models over and over and lose most matches against them. Devs are slow to respond, which is frustrating, but also, I kinda want to say: please don’t nerf everything else into oblivion. A sensible BR tune or ERA fix would go a long way. For now I still play, but with a sigh and a wish the next patch actually helps.
Close but needs a tweak
I was playing the Abrams in a match last night and kept thinking something felt off. The tank looks amazing. The textures, the sounds, the little details — big thumbs up for that. At the same time the armor numbers feel way too low. Turret cheeks show up as about 50 mm in game, while open sources and real-world estimates point to effective protection being vastly higher, often into the hundreds or even over a thousand mm equivalent depending on the threat. The turret ring shown as fifty also seems light compared to estimates nearer 250 mm. Lower front plate, sides and rear read weak too. I’m a long-time player and I’ve seen worse modeling elsewhere, so I know this team can do better. It surprised me how accurate some other bits are, which is why the armor gaps stand out more. Could you take another look at the Abrams armor values? A tweak there would make a great vehicle even better. I’d happily test any changes or give more detail from my research soon.
Support hiccup, game was okay
the game itself felt fine once it launched, but the signup/link mess left a sour taste. I hesitated to reach out to support because I figured it’d be a quick fix, or at worst a short wait. Turns out it wasn’t quick. After a long back-and-forth where their replies were short and not helpful, I finally got them to explain that I logged in "minutes before" the link was claimed and they wouldn’t grant the returning bonus. Felt like I had to nag to get any real answer. Emotionally, it was annoying more than catastrophic — the game’s okay, but the support made me feel like I was bothering them. A small grace period or faster ticket replies would’ve avoided all this.
Support turned a shaky buy into a win
I had a question about a pre-order bonus and they responded within a day, friendly and actually helpful — not the robotic copy-paste you sometimes get. Delivery tracking updated properly, one small hiccup where the courier showed a late scan but a quick chat with support cleared it up. The product isn’t perfect (some balance issues in-game that I noticed), but honestly the smooth delivery and the human reply made me glad I bought it. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend based on the service alone. Also tipped a co-worker and they liked it too.
