I was adding stuff for my morning smoothies and halfway through the site it placed the order — I thought, wait what? Turns out an old subscription was active. I was annoyed, felt a bit scammed, and the payment page never showed. I called customer service, they were slow at first and said it couldn't be cancelled, but after a couple emails someone helped and refunded part. Delivery was fine, arrived on time and in good shape. I use it daily now, so mixed feelings but happier than at first.

Almost ditched it, glad I didn't

So my doubts didn’t disappear completely, but they softened — product still good, company not perfect, willing to give them another shot because they did try to resolve it.
