With the weekly reset coming up, our server going offline was pretty bad timing. The part that stood out was how fast support handled it. I sent the ticket expecting a wait, but Jessica replied almost right away and kept things moving. It turned out to be a hardware problem, so it wasn’t just a quick restart situation. She got our server transferred to another machine and we were back in time to keep playing with the group. We use it most evenings, so that saved a lot of complaining in Discord. Honestly, solid help when it mattered.
More hassle than hosting
Awakening after work, not spend the evening refreshing a status page. I tried to overlook the slow restarts at first—they take way longer than other hosts I’ve used—but the random outages are the bigger issue. The dashboard says everything is fine while nobody can connect, which is pretty annoying. Support hasn’t really cleared anything up either; it’s mostly “we’re looking into it” with no estimate. Our newer server has somehow been less reliable than the old one, and this outage has already passed 14 hours. I kept giving them chances, but yeah, I’m disappointed.

Prices made me do a double-take — way more slots for much less — so that sealed it. It's not flawless — some settings felt a bit clunky and I had to hunt for a toggle — but overall it's reliable and lightweight. I'd tell any friend to try it, and I'll definitely come back. Hoping they add ASA support soon, that'd be perfect. If you want simple, give them a shot — just check backups.
Cold coffee, quick fix

She actually listened, asked the right questions, and within minutes spotted my mistake — wrong Steam ID. Pretty dumb on my part, rookie move. What surprised me was how calm she was and how fast she fixed the config once we corrected the number. That’s the moment I knew I was satisfied. Support isn’t flawless, but when someone shows up who knows what they’re doing, it changes everything. I’ve used this provider for years and after that call I felt relieved and ready to keep my servers with them.
Surprised but relieved
I bought a GPortal server for FS25 on a whim after a few beers and a lot of reading. I was nervous — would setup be a nightmare, would mods break, would support be ghosting me? The support team actually replied fast when I needed help with a weird mod conflict, and they fixed things without sounding robotic. I use the server every evening after work so my friends and I can unwind; it's stable enough that we don't lose a session every patch day (mostly). Price is fair — not the cheapest but I sleep better knowing it's reliable. Small hiccups here and there, but overall those early doubts are gone. If you want easy FS25 hosting, this one made my life less annoying.
Dead-server drift
the service works when it works, but support basically left me holding a dead server. I’ve spent as much time in the past few days trying to get a zombie Dune Awakening server to actually restart as I did playing the game — and that’s just, well, annoying. I opened support tickets, got the usual sympathetic replies ("I hear you, sorry, I told someone") and then nothing useful; sometimes my follow-ups were met by the ticket being closed with no explanation. Meanwhile my subscription keeps charging and the server stays unusable. I’ve used other hosts before and at least they gave a timeline or proper follow-up, so this felt sloppy by comparison. To be fair, when the server does come back it runs fine and the game itself is fun, so I’m glad it wasn’t the game that was broken — more the ops side. I’m keeping the account because it’s playable sometimes, but I’d expect clearer communication and actual fixes, not closed tickets and radio silence.
