Mixed bag on the bylaws
I first saw these folks on a small accountant forum and figured I'd try them. I paid for completed bylaws for a professional accountancy corporation and rush service. Instead I got general corp bylaws — wrong — then a fill-in form I wasn't expecting. So I had to call back, twice, ugh. They later sent corrected docs and one agent was actually helpful, which surprised me, but the delay and extra work were annoying. I told my office manager not to use them yet; maybe they'll improve delivery/service.
Still waiting, and still confused
Late afternoon I was on hold again. I hired them to help set up my small online store and handle billing so I could focus on orders and packing, not this mess. Instead I get bounced back and forth — they say I have to dispute with PayPal, PayPal says it’s on their side. I told their team to contact PayPal for the refund of a charge I didn’t need, but nobody seemed to follow through. Delivery of the welcome packet and some paperwork was slow too, which held up shipping my first orders. Customer service sounded unsure more than once. It’s frustrating because the service should make my day easier, not add overhead. I expected better coordination. Still using the product, but definitely hesitant to recommend right now.
