I spotted this on a Facebook ad and my coworker told me to try it, but I hesitated because of the low price and shipping times. Turns out my doubts were justified — order still missing since Dec 1, calls and emails ignored, ugh.
Mid-game letdown
Midway through my first weekend match the paddle started rattling and a loose piece fell out — right after an otherwise promising warmup. Delivery was okay but customer support went radio silent after three messages, which annoyed the whole group. I use paddles for daily after-work games; this one didn’t last.
Surprisingly okay
I picked this paddle up last month and honestly thought it'd be meh. First few rallies it felt pretty decent for a stock paddle (surprised me actually). After a couple of games I knew I was happy, control was nicer than I expected. It’s not pro-level and the edge scuffed quick, but for casual play it's a winner, and cheap too.
First swing, then silence
Opened the racket and found chips and scratches. I followed the site's advice and emailed adidaspickleball@allracquetsports.com, even removed my review. I’ve emailed seven times since Feb 4 with zero response — radio silence. The moment I felt okay was when I stopped waiting and ordered a different one. Kinda bummed, but I moved on.
Unexpected cancellation, still hopeful
I was actually pretty excited to try this, despite some nagging doubts, figured it'd be fine. On Dec 13 I opened an email saying my order was canceled — weird because I’d already had a shipping notice. I tried support and even DM'd on Instagram; crickets for five days. Never saw refund steps in that email. Not ideal, but photos looked promising.
