Sitting on my new patio, coffee in hand, I remember the exact second I relaxed — that was the moment I knew it was worth it. I had a tiny hiccup with a couple of cover caps missing and a scratched slat, and I thought, uh oh, but the company replied after a day and sent replacements. Putting it together the first evening felt easy, looks solid, and honestly I kept looking back like, yep, this was a good pick. Happy camper.
Finally some closure
I first noticed one of these at my neighbor’s yard and thought it looked nice, so I ordered the 14x20 and paid pros $1,200 to put it up. A few weeks in the frame wobbled in light wind, rain came through gaps, paint bubbled, and the bolts didn’t match the holes — total lemon. I was pretty fed up, but the moment I felt satisfied was when the company agreed to a full refund and covered the install cost. Product was a miss, but at least they made it right; I told my friends to wait.
That relaxed rain moment
guests kept chatting under it, phones and snacks stayed dry, and I honestly relaxed for the first time — that’s when I knew I was satisfied. Small caveat: installation took a bit longer than the video, but no big deal. Would recommend.
Slow response, but finally sorted
their voicemail told me to call during business hours, I called, left messages, sent screenshots, sent emails...like 15 emails, and kept getting radio silence. Kept thinking "great, now what?" After I escalated (card company + one firm follow-up) someone actually replied and shipped the part. It took too long, honestly, and the back-and-forth wore me out, but in the end the part arrived and it works. Won't forget the slow start though.
Satisfied, but only after a fight
Overall, I'm cautiously satisfied — it worked out in the end, but it was a real hassle. We got the pergola and one of the last brackets had holes that didn't line up; company first blamed our install. After a month of emails and photos (yeah, lots of back-and-forth) they finally sent a replacement bracket that fit. Then the sliding screens started failing; they sent a how-to video for a part swap, but when we opened the package some plastic pieces were already cracked. I don't love that, makes me doubt long-term reliability. Compared to other outdoor-product companies I've used, their initial pushback and slow responses were disappointing, but credit where due — they did supply the parts. So, buy if you can tolerate slow service; otherwise look elsewhere.
Money down the drain — literal roof fail
I regret this purchase. I bought a 12x20 louvered pergola last spring and thought it’d be the easy upgrade to enjoy the patio — instead I’ve had a slow-motion disaster. First week it was installed I noticed the louvers holding puddles like tiny bathtubs, the middle slats sagging and then dumping water straight onto the furniture. The company’s response was to tell me to raise one side by two inches, which sounds simple until you see how the shades jam and the whole thing sits crooked against the house. That solution was a non-starter for me. I double-checked the installation and followed the manual, but whatever they shipped now isn’t the same design as the videos show. It feels like they tweaked the roof to save money and lost the drainage in the process — I’ve even found other complaints on Amazon and Wayfair that match my problem. They won’t take it back and offered $200 on a roughly $4,200 product, so I filed a claim with my credit card. Honestly, I’m annoyed and a little bummed — I just wanted shelter for my TV and chairs. Now I’m stuck hiring someone to remove it and buying something that actually works. If you’re shopping, watch for the new roof style and read customer photos; I wish I had.
Gazebo purchase experience
I bought a gazebo, but it didn't come with any instructions or a list of parts. I tried reaching out to the company for help, but they couldn't assist me. So, I ended up hiring a contractor to put it together. Even with the manual I found on the internet, there were some roof pieces missing, and now my gazebo is still not finished. I can't even find a customer service number to call, and the vendor hasn't been very helpful.

I got this amazing Outdoor Swing Set and I love it! The price was way cheaper than other websites, and it came really quickly without any damage. Putting it together was easy and it looks just like the picture. I'm so excited to spend all day swinging on it!
Outdoor gazebo purchase
The gazebo showed up on time, but one of the posts had a dent in it. Luckily, I was able to sort it out with a rubber mallet. It took me about 8 hours to put the gazebo together, but I'd suggest having someone else lend a hand. The instructions were pretty straightforward. Instead of using the screws that came with it, I decided to use Tapcon screws from my local hardware store to fasten the structure to the concrete because they seemed stronger. All in all, it was a solid buy.
Roof panel purchase
When I got the roof panels, I was really disappointed because some of them were damaged. It seems like they got messed up either when they were being sent out or delivered because the last three boxes had broken pieces. It's super frustrating because we had already started building and now we have to stop. I'm really upset about all of this and I hope we can get it sorted out quickly.
Well-packaged, easy assembly, sturdy, beautiful deck addition
I bought something from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how everything went down. The package arrived right on time and the product was packaged up real nice, making it easy to put together. The actual item was solid and could take a beating, plus it looked great on our deck. Gazebo curtains too short
I bought some gazebo curtains from this shop and they ended up being a foot too short for my 10x13 gazebo. I contacted them about it, but they said they only deal with after-sales for their own brand orders. Even though I explained that this was an after-sales issue for me, they never got back to me. I had to call customer service three times just to get one response, and that's not okay.
Outdoor furniture set
I just bought a new outdoor furniture set from this company. The quality and design of the set were good, but unfortunately, one of the seat back cushions was missing when it was delivered. Even with this hiccup, I was happy with how quickly it arrived and the price was fair. Now I'm waiting to hear back from the company about the missing cushion, and I'm hoping they'll take care of it quickly.

I've just been dealing with the customer service at this company and it's been pretty disappointing. I bought this outdoor playset and it's really awesome. The quality is good and all the pieces are labeled nicely so I can easily tell them apart.
