    Kitchen surprise, but the paperwork still nags

    I’d signed on the spot after a very pushy sales pitch, the kind you think you won’t fall for because you’ve seen them before, but there I was, signing and handing over a deposit with no real paperwork in my hand. No neat packet, no copy of the contract, just a receipt that I later had to chase my bank to verify. Annoying, sure, but not the end of the world — until more little things started adding up.

    Not worth the hassle

    I wouldn't buy from them again. Long version: I ordered blinds advertised as "light filtering" for my bedroom, got something that blocks almost all daylight, and customer service wouldn't give a refund. I put them up a few days after they arrived (they showed up early, which was nice) and right away it was obvious they were much darker than expected — more like blackout material than the airy look I asked for. The rep I spoke to was polite and offered 20% off a future order and a reminder that I didn't buy their extended warranty. That didn't fix the fact the product wasn't what was pictured. They also promised a "coordinated" pull chain; what arrived was a stark white chain that sticks out against my brown trim. CSR said maybe the factory can change it depending on stock, and then denied my refund request. So now I'm trying to get them remade with the right chain and will probably donate them afterward. I'm disputing the charge as "not as advertised" with my card company. Small comfort: delivery was on time or earlier. Overall just a disappointing experience — not furious, just tired of the back-and-forth and the mismatch between ad and product.

    Blackout roller blinds

    The blackout roller blinds I ordered online turned out to be a completely different color than what I was expecting. I probably should have gotten a sample first, my bad. It was a letdown, and to make matters worse, the customer service wasn't great. I had way better service from a different blinds company.

    Self-lifting Roman shade

    I bought a self-lifting Roman shade from this company, but it broke after the 3-year warranty was up. I contacted customer support and said I'd pay for replacement parts, but they sent me to a website that didn't have what I needed. They told me to just buy a new shade instead. I think their customer service and product durability could use some improvement.

    I ordered some blinds ages ago, and they seriously took forever to arrive! They promised me 3 weeks, but it ended up being a whole 7 weeks! When I called to check on the order, they said it would be shipped right away, but it still took forever. And to top it off, the hardware was terrible, so I had to replace it on my own. That was not cool at all, man.

    Inside Mount Blinds

    I ordered some Inside Mount Blinds, but I kept getting outside mount brackets instead, even after calling multiple times and being promised the correct ones. The manager apologized and sent a schematic, but it took over 10 days for the right inside mount brackets to finally arrive. And then, they were missing nuts for the brackets! It was such a frustrating experience.

    I recently got some custom shades from this company and they came right on time, just how I wanted them. Ordering was easy peasy and the customer service folks were super helpful whenever I had a question. Plus, the prices were good and gave other companies a run for their money.     I just bought some custom blinds from this company, and for the most part, I was pretty happy with how they turned out. But man, let me tell you, DHL really dropped the ball on the delivery. Even though the blinds were chilling at the local warehouse, they still managed to be a whole week late based on the DHL website. I kept getting notifications saying my package was on hold or had some kind of issue, but no one bothered to explain what was actually going on. The lack of communication and the super long delivery time really bummed me out.

    Damaged blinds, mechanical rolling mechanism broken

    My experience with this company has been pretty disappointing. I bought three blinds, and one of them came with a broken rolling mechanism. I talked to customer service, and the first two reps said they couldn't help. But then I spoke to a third rep who asked for a video, and finally they agreed to send a replacement. However, they won't make the replacement blind the right size like I wanted - it's shorter than the others.

    I was really happy with my blinds order. I was surprised when they showed up way earlier than I thought they would. They're well-made and super easy to put up. The only problem was that the sample I got didn't look exactly like the real blinds. The actual blinds had solid slats instead of that fake wood grain on the sample. But even with that little mix-up, I'm happy with how good the blinds are overall.

    I bought some custom blinds from this company recently, and I was really impressed with how nice they were. They were exactly what I was hoping for and fit perfectly in my house.     I just got these wooden and vertical blinds from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed with their customer service and the whole shopping deal.     Woven wood shades in Sarasota Caramel

    Ordering blinds online can be a bit daunting, but I decided to go for it and ordered four woven wood shades in Sarasota Caramel from this website. When they arrived, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful they looked. The colors and design were even better than we expected, despite the website's photos not being very clear. Installing them was easy, and we got all four blinds up pretty quickly. However, the screws that came with the blinds weren't great quality, and two ended up breaking and getting stuck in our window frame. I'd suggest grabbing some better screws from a hardware store before installing them. We did have one blind that didn't quite match the others, it was uneven and the measurements were off. But when I reached out to customer service about it, they promptly sent a replacement. Overall, we're happy with the blinds and the customer service.

    Blinds with side clamps

    I just got these blinds with side clamps, but the ones that came with them were for mounting on the top, not the side. I reached out to customer service and explained the problem, and they quickly sent me a new set of clamps that worked perfectly. It did take a little longer than I hoped for the new clamps to get to me, but I'm grateful for the customer service team for their help in fixing the issue.
