I thought I'd lost the package at first — no emails after the confirmation, so I kept checking my account. Eventually it showed up, and honestly it's become part of my morning routine. I ordered something back in January, right on the 22nd of 2022. Got an email saying they got my order, but now? Nothing. No updates on when it'll ship, no heads up about any delays, not even a clue about when it might show up at my door. It's annoying to be kept in the dark like this, especially since they already took my money when I ordered. This whole no communication thing makes me doubt if they can actually get their act together and send out orders on time.
