customer service answered a message the same day and offered a partial refund and a note that they'd flag packaging. That quick response softened the irritation, honestly. Two other things: there’s no 20-can option, which would be perfect for my monthly needs — having to jump from 10 to 30 is annoying. And the selection is smaller than what I’m used to elsewhere, so I ended up ordering some stuff from another seller, which defeats the point. Overall, delivery needs work, but the human response was better than I expected. I’ll try them again if they fix packing and add a sensible bulk choice, and I already told one coworker to keep an eye on their stock updates.
