Booked an eSIM last minute for a work trip and my phone's been stuck on "searching" like it gave up. Customer support is a ghost — I emailed a few times, no reply. Setup promised instant, which sounded great, but without help it was basically useless. Kinda annoyed, honestly.
Unexpected help in Tunisia
I first saw this after a coworker told me about it. Was nervous because my trip to Tunisia started rough — pages wouldn’t load and my phone kept restarting. Customer support though was surprisingly helpful; they walked me through settings and even checked routing, so things cleared up. Delivery of the SIM and paperwork arrived fast too, which I appreciated. Glad I stuck with it; saved me some stress in the end.
Worked — then faded
it switched on instantly and my maps and messages worked at the Warsaw train station. I saw the offer on a travel forum and a friend sent the link, I tried it. Setup was painless and it worked fine for that first day, then it dropped to about 600 MB and wouldn’t reconnect. Support was a dead end. Not perfect, but handy — just be cautious.
