Mediocre experience with Starz streaming service
I have been a subscriber of Starz for a few months now, and overall, my experience has been decent. The selection of movies and TV shows is pretty good, but it's not as extensive as some other streaming services. However, I do appreciate that they have a good mix of older and newer titles.
One thing that I find a bit frustrating is that some of the shows I want to watch are only available for a limited time. I understand that this is standard practice for streaming services, but it can be a bit disappointing when I go to watch something and it's no longer available.
The quality of the streaming itself is generally pretty good, although there have been a few times when I've had some buffering issues. This is to be expected with any streaming service, but it's still a bit annoying when it happens.
The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It's easy to find what you're looking for and to keep track of what you've already watched.
The pricing is pretty reasonable, especially if you bundle it with other services. And I think it's good value for the amount of content that's available.

It feels like there's a lack of diversity and inclusivity, especially when it comes to white actors. It seems like there are a lot of black, Mexican, and gay characters and shows, but not as many white actors represented. Even when there are diverse characters, it often feels like they're just thrown in to check a box. I think it's important to have a diverse range of characters in your content, but it shouldn't be at the expense of excluding white individuals. I believe it's crucial for you to take a step back and reevaluate your content to truly reflect and respect all races and identities.
Subscription service experience
I just signed up for a streaming service and I'm loving all the shows and movies they have. The only thing that's been bothering me is the annoying ads that keep popping up before every episode. I mean, come on, I'm already paying for this service, can't I at least skip the ads? And don't get me started on the lack of variety in those commercials - it's always the same Stars promo on repeat. It's starting to make me think about cancelling my subscription and finding another platform to watch my shows.

I gotta tell ya, my recent experience with the company's customer service was really disappointing. I was trying to get a promotion and had to chat with an agent multiple times. But no matter how hard I tried, I was told that the promotion had expired while we were talking. It left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service I received.
Subscription renewal issues
I've been trying to renew my subscription with STARZ, but it has been such a hassle. I've had to keep sending multiple emails just to get a code because their link isn't working. And don't even get me started on trying to call them - it's a complete nightmare. I either end up on hold forever or they straight up hang up on me. It really feels like they don't care about keeping their customers happy. The whole thing is beyond frustrating, and their customer service is just downright awful.
Stolen content, horrible quality
This streaming service is such a scam, seriously. The quality is awful - always glitching and green lines everywhere when I'm watching shows. And then, can you believe it, one of my fave TV series had an episode where you couldn't even hear anything. It's pure trash, do yourself a favor and keep your money.
Starz subscription
I gotta tell ya, I only got Starz to watch this one show I was really into. But when I tried to cancel my subscription, they kept charging me for months after. Dealing with customer service and fighting those charges was a total headache. Just a heads up, I wouldn't recommend signing up for Starz because of the billing problems I went through.
Starz problems
Man, Starz is the absolute worst when it comes to these issues! I mean, you can't even start an episode from scratch, it never remembers your preferences or where you stopped watching, and every time you open it you have to hunt for the series all over again. And on top of all that, you can't even skip past the intro when it moves on to the next episode. It's beyond frustrating!
Terrible content
I agree with the other review 100%. This channel is honestly awful. My mom insisted I give it a try, but man, was that a mistake. The shows are so dull and the acting is just plain bad. I couldn't even get through a single episode before I threw in the towel. I'm relieved I cancelled my subscription before I wasted any more of my allowance on it.
Paid Subscription for Sports Channel
This sports channel is just awful, man. The amount of ads they throw at you every second is ridiculous. I paid for a subscription thinking I'd get some quality content, but all I get is the same old boring ads over and over again. It's really disappointing to see what could have been a great sports channel ruined by this lack of variety and constant interruptions.
Booking cancellation
I was really pumped to stay at this rad house called "Hobart Luxury Holiday House," but then the owner totally canceled my booking the day before I was supposed to head over there! They didn't even give me a reason, just dropped me like that. Then they wanted me to stay at this old, noisy place instead. And get this, they tried to slap me with a $500 charge out of the blue, but it was a mistake. Not cool, right? Stayz has this policy where owners can hit you with unexpected charges and you can't do anything about it. So, be careful when you book there, folks.
Saw some weird charge on my parents' credit card
Hey, so I noticed this unexpected charge on my parents' credit card for some streaming service I didn't even know existed. I decided to give them a call and turns out we've been subscribing for 3 years without even using it! Can you believe that? We didn't even have a single movie night with it. I feel like they should have checked with us before charging, don't you think? I'm definitely not happy about this.
