When I was checking out Priceline.com and Cruise.com, I gotta say CruiseDirect came out on top for me. They were quick to respond, super helpful, and their prices were hard to beat. But what really set them apart was the awesome rep I dealt with, AIZA. She was friendly, knew her stuff, told it like it is, and never rushed me. If I could, I'd give her a 7-star rating. All in all, my time with CruiseDirect was amazing, and I'd definitely suggest them to anyone planning a cruise trip.
First-time cruise booking
As someone who was going on a cruise for the first time, I was pretty happy with the service I got from CruiseDirect. I found their website easy to use, and I got connected with a guy named Angelo Gonzales pretty fast. Angelo was super professional and really knew his stuff. He took the time to walk me through all the different cruise choices I had. Thanks to Angelo's hard work, I was able to book a cruise for my family within just a few hours. I really appreciate all of his help in making the booking process really easy and stress-free.
Trip questions answered
I gave Maria Brenda a call to ask some questions about my upcoming trip, and she was so helpful! She was super nice and made sure I understood all the info I needed. Maria didn't rush me at all and was really professional. Thanks to her, my phone call was a great experience.
Cruise trip purchase
I've been looking forever for the perfect cruise for my family, and I finally found it on this website! The prices were so much better than others, and the customer service was incredibly helpful. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again!
Booking a cruise
I just booked this amazing cruise and I had a bunch of questions, but Maria Brenda Taboso was seriously the best at helping us out. She was always so nice and quick to respond to all our inquiries. I highly recommend using her service because she's absolutely awesome.
One of the Best Cruise travel agency with great customer service
For quite a long years our family has beens selecting CruiseDirect as our major platform to book cruises. Does not matter we live in Europe, we always received very good care and the most satisfying service from the Customer Service before and even after a cruise. Recently we booked cruise with NCL but could not resolve issue of their CruiseNext deposit, how to add it to our payments. We tried to get answers from NCL via e-mails but did not receive answer apart of confirmation of e-mail receipt. Mr.Enrique Bravo was a CS person who interfered , helped to find traces of the deposit and add it to payments already done. Many thanks to him and other Customer Service colleagues ! I highly suggest trying them out as well.
