In short, I was ready to written them off, but they sorted most of it. A friend tipped me to this tour, so I gave it a shot. They left Stonehenge before picking us up and for a while I couldn’t reach the guide or driver. We were stuck and had to get back to London with buses and trains — about £90 extra. At first no one replied and I was pretty annoyed. After a couple days they did contact me, returned our stuff and refunded part of the travel cost. Slow and messy, but it ended better than I expected.

double-check when you board, and don't be shy about asking for a supervisor. They need better training.
Wrong meeting, slow apologies
I wouldn’t book this company again. I needed a reliable, no-surprises tour because I was on a short work trip and have a stiff lower back — so timing and clear instructions mattered. Instead we got mixed signals, shrugging staff, and an extra charge that shouldn’t have happened. The booking said meet at the Victoria Station Hotel lobby, we showed up early, then they called to say they "don’t meet there anymore" (no heads-up, no text, nothing). So we had to run across traffic to the new spot — not great with a sore back, and annoying when you plan down to the minute. When we got to Windsor they told us admission wasn’t included and we’d have to pay on the spot, despite the receipt and boarding pass clearly saying castle entry was included. They insisted. Long story short, we paid again because waiting outside wasn’t an option for us (and because time was tight), then spent days chasing a refund via chats and emails. We eventually got the money back, but only after pushing hard; no apology was offered at any point. On the plus side, the Stonehenge visit itself is worth it — seeing the stones up close is genuinely impressive and I’m glad we went. So, value-wise there’s something here, but the operational mistakes and lack of care (especially when you’re dependent on them to follow printed instructions) are a real downside. If you’re flexible and just want Stonehenge, fine; if you need dependable logistics and decent customer handling, look elsewhere.
Windsor is worth it, this coach tour — less so
Windsor Castle itself is absolutely worth the trip, but the coach tour we took? Not my favorite. I actually saw this tour on the cruise excursions board while on our ocean cruise (we’d come from a Rhine trip before that), and my partner nudged me to book it. The castle and grounds were brilliant — honestly, really impressive — so that part checked out. The problem was the ride there and back. Our guide, Maria, talked nonstop the whole time, like barely a breath between sentences, which started to wear on me after a while. She also seemed a bit scattered: late departure, had to turn back for more radio headsets, and the coach AC was cranked way up so it felt freezing even with a coat. Getting into the castle grounds felt slower than it should have because she kept up the commentary right up to the gate; I get the need to explain things for first-timers, but it was just too much after a long morning. On the upside, we did have enough time on site to wander and take photos, and the driver handled the roads fine. Would I recommend seeing Windsor? Yes, definitely. Would I choose this exact guided coach next time? Probably not — I’d rather make my own way there, it’d be warmer and more relaxed and maybe better value. Just telling you like I’d tell a friend.
Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and Bath tour
The tour was pretty good - well-organized and informative, but I thought it was a little rushed. Our guide knew their stuff and was nice, sharing cool facts about the places we went to. However, I felt like we didn't get to really check out each spot on our list. The ride was comfy, and not having to worry about getting into the landmarks was a plus. It was an okay tour, but I would've liked more time to relax at each stop.

I just went on a sightseeing tour with this company and I have to say, I was really impressed by the tour guides. They knew so much and were really good at explaining the history and culture of the places we visited. They also were able to answer all of our questions without hesitating. The schedule was well thought out and we got to see everything we wanted without feeling like we were in a rush. It was just a great experience overall.

I was really let down by the London sightseeing tour I went on. The tour guide didn't seem to care much and didn't give us much info about the places we saw. We were always in a hurry, and we didn't get to enjoy the sights properly. The bus was also not comfy, and the whole tour felt like they were just trying to make a quick buck instead of showing us around the city. I wouldn't suggest this tour to anyone who wants a meaningful travel experience.

I had such a great time on a sightseeing tour with my family last weekend! We got to see Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and Bath. Learning all about the history and checking out the awesome buildings was so cool. The tour guide was really friendly and shared plenty of interesting facts with us. Plus, we even got to ride on a luxury coach - it was so fancy!

I was so disappointed with the sightseeing tour I paid for. The tour guide didn't seem interested and didn't know much about the places we saw. The bus was uncomfortable, we rushed through everything, and didn't even get to enjoy each spot. It was a total waste of time and money.

The tour was really cool and interesting, showing us some cool spots in London and the UK. The guide knew a lot and was fun to listen to, which made it even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the bus was a little tight and the sound system was kind of fuzzy sometimes. But all in all, it was a good time.

I recently went on a sightseeing tour around London and the UK with this company, and let me tell you, it was amazing. Right from when I first made the reservation, the customer service was outstanding. The staff really knew their stuff, they helped me out a lot, and everything was well-organized. They made sure all my questions were answered and that I had all the info I needed for the tour. The actual tour was great too - comfortable bus rides, on-time entries to cool places, and the guides were so knowledgeable. I learned a ton about the history and culture of each spot we went to, which made it not only fun but also super interesting. Overall, I totally recommend booking a tour with this company if you want to have the best time exploring London and the UK.

I was planning a trip to London with my friends after our graduation. After looking for different options, we go this one in our list. With the services, Evan Evans tours looked really promising. So we booked the package for us and it was really affaoarble to be honest . When the tripe as stated,we never thought how much fun this will be and thanks to them we enjoyed a lot
the services are on point, they added all the things which we needed or might be needed. However, there were few bumps but they got it covered. so for the first-timers like u, it was a really good experience.
