9 days in France
Best week of my life. I admit, I speak French, but I was in pure Heaven. The bus was pleasant with extremely nice drivers (Hanna and Bernard for the most part). Very friendly and accommodating. When some of the group wanted to get back to Paris earlier than the itinerary showed, we put that out and voted on it. Driver was happy to oblige. They did all the legwork procuring tickets and entries to museums and sites, explaining history (Essedine) in Normandy, and other locations. They all spoke English and were light-hearted and fun to be around.
The hotels varied. Some had ... rooms than others, but I slept well in all of them, the staff were friendly and also accommodating. Perhaps speaking the language helped.
The driver sent by Exoticca to pick us up at the airport was fabulous. I contacted him later on to see if he could take us to a place I wanted to see
for dinner on our last night, and asked him to invite his wife. We had a fantastic meal and the next day he showed up with homemade sandwiches, including GF for my daughter. I could go on and on. I didn't want to leave.
WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WOULD DO IT AGAIN. Merci la France! J'ai passe la meilleure semaine de ma vie.
Thank you.Tour of Portugal late May Early June
My mother, daughter and I booked a trip with Exoticca to Portugal at the end of May and it was fabulous. The customer service Dept. always answered promptly and were very helpful. My mother and I were coming from the United States and my daughter was coming from Amsterdam and the travel went so smoothly. Our guide Andre was wonderful. He was a history buff and we learned so much about this beautiful country. We had quite a big group with all different ages and i think he did a great job managing all the different needs of everyone. Everyday was so eventful and we saw so much of Portugal. I would recommend this travel company to everyone. The hotels and food were great and the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC. ***** The only thing i would advise is if you are older it might be too much activity for you. Lots of walking and long days. I enjoyed it but i know my mother who is in her 70s was a little exhausted by the end of the day. Overall my 22 year old daughter and I had no problems. It was a lovely trip.
A trusted Company
Great services ,no new experience for last one and half years but I have rendered this service on the eve of Holi festival in India This trip was booked two months back so this way I could save few dollars My team was of four (all family members)
This is not easy to choose a right agency as thousands of companies doing same job all over the United States Took two weeks to select a right company to avoid any last minute disappoint
Exoticca was not in our list I contacted our Indian counterparts and they suggest this name And this was a great advise indeed Pricing cooperation behavior and above then all easy booking process

My trip to Jordan with Exoticca was amazing! As soon as I got there, a super friendly guide was there to help with everything. Our driver was top-notch, making sure we got to each stop safe and sound. The hotels were cozy and clean, a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring this beautiful country. Jordan is just stunning, there's so much to see and do, but be ready to wake up early and spend some time on the bus hopping between spots. Lunch breaks were mostly on the go, like pit stops, but you could always bring your own snacks. All in all, my journey to Jordan was filled with unforgettable memories and breathtaking views, all thanks to Exoticca.
China trip
My trip was amazing! The places we visited were really cool and the hotels were super comfortable. I think having a day off between each city would be awesome. Our guide Mary in Beijing was fantastic and she helped us a lot. Overall, the trip was planned really well and I had a great time!
Basic and straightforward travel package
We really liked how easy our travel package was. We didn't need all those extra things like someone carrying our bags, fancy meals, or someone showing us around the city. We like doing things our own way, carrying our own stuff, eating wherever we want, and taking our time exploring. The hotels we stayed in were great, and the breakfast they served was yummy. Our tour guide was the best - so professional, knew a lot, and was really nice. It was a really amazing experience all around.
Holiday booking with travel agency
My experience booking a holiday package with a travel agency was pretty good overall. The whole process went pretty smoothly, and I liked how they took care of organizing everything for me - flights, places to stay, and activities. But I did run into a couple of snags along the way. Like there was a bit of confusion about the seating on one of the flights, which was a bit stressful and annoying. It would have been nice if they had cleared that up sooner to avoid any last-minute problems. Despite that hiccup, the trip itself was really fun and well-planned, all thanks to the travel agency's help and support the whole way through.
My exotic trip
My trip was amazing! I took 8 flights in just 12 days going back and forth from Argentina to the UK. The transfers between flights were all really smooth and simple, which was awesome because I tend to get stressed out easily. The hotels were fantastic too. They were super clean and comfortable. It's a good idea to have WhatsApp wherever you travel so you can easily chat with the locals. They respond really quickly, usually in less than 10 minutes! Also, make sure you know some Spanish and how to get Argentinian currency because you'll definitely need it there.
Italian vacation
Our Italian vacation with Exoticca was amazing! Once we arrived in Italy, everything was smooth sailing. The guides were so helpful and really knew their stuff, making our sightseeing even better. The transportation between cities was easy, letting us focus on enjoying Italy's beauty. Our group leader made sure we were always comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast options were delicious and just what we needed to start our day of adventure. We'd definitely go on another trip with them in the future!
First Exotica trip
We just booked our first trip through Exoticca, it's not until 5 months from now but the app and all the info on their website, along with our booking details, have really helped us get ready. There were a couple of hiccups at first when we made the reservation, but when we called in, we got in touch with a rep who guided us through the rest of the process. She was super friendly, patient, and made us feel at ease. Because of her, we're all set for a new adventure this upcoming fall.

Recent Travel Experiences
I just got back from a trip to Greece and Netherlands/Belgium that I booked through this company, and I gotta say, I wasn't too thrilled with how it all turned out. The schedule felt way too packed, the hotels were just okay, and the whole trip didn't quite live up to the awesome experiences I've had on other trips with them. I was so excited to check out those places, but it ended up leaving me a bit let down.
Galapagos & Ecuador group travel
Highly recommend this trip for anyone with dreams of visiting the Galapagos and Amazon rainforest. Our guide, George, was absolutely amazing and made sure we were always safe and having a great time. We were lucky to have such a fantastic group of people with us. Just a heads up, this trip can be pretty tiring physically, so make sure you're ready for that.
Easy and perfect trip
I just got back from this amazing trip with my family! It was all so easy, from getting on the plane to getting back home. Our hotel was adorable and super cozy, and the tour guide knew everything cool about the places we went. We saw tons of awesome stuff and learned a bunch along the way.
First booking experience with excellent customer service
My recent experience with your company was really amazing. When I first contacted Exoticca, the representatives I spoke with were so professional, kind, and really knew their stuff. Even though I made a mistake and booked the wrong date at first, the team was super helpful and made sure everything was fixed so my trip could go off without a hitch. I'm so thankful for their great customer service and how they really went above and beyond to take care of me.
My first tour experience
As a first-time traveler with a tour company, I was totally impressed by the whole experience. The hotels they picked out were really top-notch, the guide knew their stuff and was super professional, and the itinerary was planned out so well - we saw all the best spots! And can we talk about how comfy that transport bus was? It made the whole journey even more enjoyable. I had such an awesome trip and I'm already looking forward to booking another one in the future.
Egypt Trip
Unethical thieves! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! My wife and I purchased a trip to Egypt 6 months before the travel date. When the war broke out in neighboring Israel, we did not feel comfortable for several reasons traveling to Egypt. The US State Department has it listed as a Level 3: Reconsider Travel warning. We gave them 4 months notice. We didn’t even ask for our money back... instead, we simply asked to get a credit or transfer our deposit to a different trip. Not only did they refuse, they told us they were keeping 60% of our $3600 deposit! We canceled the trip and have been waiting over two weeks to receive our 40% refund. Now they are sending emails stating they aren’t going to refund us at all! Good luck calling customer service. I waited for 51 minutes on hold when an automated message came on and said, “All representatives are busy, call back at another time” and hung up on me. I kept calling and eventually spoke with a representative who recommended I pay the additional 40%! Are you kidding me? I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused stating, “We don’t have supervisors. You have to submit a complaint through the website.” I have submitted numerous complaints and they keep sending an AI-generated message that says we aren’t getting our refund. Extremely unethical, crooked company! SPRINT, don’t just walk away from this company!
Group tour experience
The group tour was kind of all over the place. The people we traveled with were great and made the trip a blast. Our driver was top-notch, sharing cool local facts and making sure we stayed safe on the road. But, gotta say, our guide was a letdown. Her thick German accent made it hard to catch everything she was saying, especially when she tried to say certain places. Plus, she was too obsessed with keeping us on a tight schedule, which honestly took away from the whole tour experience.
River cruise vacation
My river cruise vacation was amazing! The trip was so well-organized and our guide really knew their stuff. Even though we had to get up early, I liked that we did more sightseeing than just chilling out, so I got to see a ton of cool stuff in a short time. Just a heads up, you gotta be up for some moving around on this trip. The cruise on the fancy boat was definitely my favorite part, and the food was seriously top-notch.
