Movie tickets
I purchased movie tickets online from this website, but when I arrived at the theater, they told me that my movie wasn't being shown there! It was a real disappointment because I had driven quite a distance to watch it. Thankfully, the theater staff were kind enough to refund my money. Nevertheless, I won't be using that website again.

As someone who loves going to the movies often, I was really let down by my experience buying tickets on this site. The website kept having trouble loading, and it took me several attempts to actually get my tickets. On top of that, the prices were confusing and made me think I paid too much. And to make matters worse, my tickets arrived late, which stressed me out before my movie night. All in all, it was a frustrating experience and I won't be using this service again for sure.

I can't believe the awful experience I had with this ticketing company. I bought movie tickets online, and when I tried to get a refund before the movie even started, they gave me the run-around and basically took my money. After reading other reviews, it seems like I'm not alone in being scammed by them. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, showing no empathy towards customers who were misled. I will never use this service again, and I strongly urge all my friends and family to do the same. It's obvious this company lacks integrity and isn't trustworthy. Avoid them at all costs.
Movie playback issues
I've been having some problems with a movie I bought on this platform. Towards the end, the sound keeps cutting out and then the movie just stops playing altogether. I've contacted customer service about it but it's been over a month and the issue still hasn't been fixed. It's really frustrating, especially since I've spent a good amount of money on movies through this platform. The customer service they're providing right now is really not up to par and it's definitely not meeting the standards for customers like me.

I just bought some movie tickets online and man, it was such a letdown. I finished the purchase and then... nothing. No confirmation email, no tickets showing up on my phone like they said they would. I was so annoyed and felt like I got scammed, especially since I paid good money for those tickets. From now on, I'm gonna steer clear of that service cause it ended up being a total waste of my time and cash.
Terrible refund policy
This app's refund policy is really frustrating. I bought tickets for a movie and the screen was too dark, so I wanted to leave and get my money back. But apparently, you can't get a refund after the movie starts. I tried talking to the movie theater and Fandango, but everyone was just passing the blame. They kept saying it's the system, not them. Just give me my money back already, come on.
Refund with promo code
I just had the most frustrating time trying to get a refund using a promo code on this site. It was like a real struggle to get any help at all. I spent over an hour waiting, being promised a chat connection and an email follow-up that never showed up. Finally got through to someone on the phone, but it took forever to get any answers. And then, on top of everything, they wouldn't refund the booking fees, even though they blamed the whole thing on the promo code in the first place. What a mess!
New movie release purchase
I just tried to buy a new movie on this platform and what a bummer it was! I couldn't even get the movie to play, so I ended up feeling super annoyed and ripped off. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend getting any new movies from this provider - the quality and functionality are seriously lacking. After this let-down, I'm definitely looking for a different place to spend my money.

I can't believe they sold me a ticket for a movie that wasn't even playing! Who does that? I wasted my time and gas going to the theater only to find out the movie wasn't even showing. And then they wouldn't even give me back the "convenience" fee. Not cool, man.

I just want to say, this company is a total nightmare to deal with. I made the mistake of buying a movie ticket through them, and now my email is getting bombarded with scam emails every single day. I've tried blocking these senders, but I still get over a hundred spam emails daily. It's making me miss important emails in the midst of all these scams flooding my inbox. And to top it off, I can't get rid of this email address because it's essential for my work and business. All because this company decided it was okay to sell my data without asking me. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them if you care about your sanity and privacy.
Online tickets for movie
Man, so I was trying to buy tickets online for this movie with my friends, and let me tell ya, it was a total disaster! I went ahead and made the purchase, but when I got to the theater, the dumb website didn't give me a code, so I couldn't get my tickets. And when I called customer service, they were so rude and wouldn't refund my money. Like, seriously, why are they taking advantage of folks like me? It's not cool at all. I'm definitely not using them again, that's a fact!
